Descloizite ps. Wulfenite

Item Description

Sparkly rust-red descloizite microcrystals have pseudomorphed the upper portion of the large, densely intergrown jackstraw mounded plate of tabular wulfenite prisms from famed Los Lamentos. Wulfenite crystals lower on the mound on one end are partially replaced or coated by descloizite or are classic unaltered, two-toned caramel-colored wulfenites. The mounded interior is nearly pristine. The scattered broken prisms on the periphery reveal the wulfenite interiors.
