Item Description
A RARE and showy combination specimen of sharp, white, dolomite rhombs enclosed in a transparent gypsum cleavage from the well-known Penfield Quarry of New York. The interior looks like a dolomite crystal garden in a lucite box! The Penfield Quarry is a road metal quarry in the Lockport Dolomite. I have never seen another like it from this locale.
