Eosphorite w/ Greifensteinite, Schorl, etc (rare combo)

Item Description

A beautifully constructed and RARE two-sided miniature from this obscure active pegmatite mine in the Taquaral area. A 3.8 cm, pristine, sharply doubly terminated, lustrous, translucent golden-brown eosphorite crystal is adorably set upright on the dense nest of smaller crystals. The matrix includes smaller eosphorites, circular crystallized balls of honey-brown Greifensteinite, a rare complex metallic Be-phosphate member of the Roscherite Group and possible apatite. A rare bonus are the partially hidden schorl crystals on the bottom, to 2.3 cm. Very aesthetic and RARE combination material from the Luis Menezes dealer stock.
