Item Description
Faden or "string" quartz specimens are very uncommon from the famous Hot Springs area. This old-time small cabinet has very cool architecture. The faden anchors the center of this 3-sided cutie. The striking centerline of angled, gem, sharply terminated, tabular crystals is dramatically complemented by the offsetting "wings" on either side. Pristine. Rare in this aesthetic quality from an East Coast collection and comes with a faded, water-stained century-old label.
