Look how this glowing, translucent crystal of green Dalnegorsk fluorite sits up so beautifully on the sparing matrix - very aesthetic! The back of the crystal are contact cleavages from removal from the matrix, but this serves to "thin" the crystal so that the light gets through it better, emphasizing the translucency in good light.
