Item Description

First-rate pair of interpenetrating twin Fluorite crystals from the famous Elmwood locality. The largest crystal is 1.6 x 1.3 x 1.2 cm, and the pair have a small amount of matrix in the back. The pair have have classic Elmwood zoning, as well as the typical high-luster, gently stepped faces that are very indicitive of Elmwood. What is unusual, and extremely attractive, is the purplish-red color, as most are purple or clear. Very aesthetic, this may very well be the best, or certainly one of the best, Elmwood thumbnails of penetrating Fluorite cubes that I have ever seen. Yes, I think it is! Killer thumbnail!
