Fluorite (richly colored crystals) (2020 discovery)

Item Description

A beautiful miniature sized Fluorite from a fairly new find in Peru (2020). The piece is notably colorful, especially for the smaller size of the Fluorites, which measure up to 8 mm. The piece is filled with gemmy to translucent, rich sea-green, cuboctahedrons of Fluorite sitting on silvery metallic Galena matrix. Some of the Fluorite have a bit of white coloring in certain corners, giving them an almost "frosted" effect. The Flcrystaluorites are rather gemmy when backlit, and they GLOW with color. You don't see Fluorites with such great saturated color from Peru typically, and this pocket produced some really beautiful specimens.
