Fluorite and barite combination specimens are a Berbes classic. This showy and excellent CABINET plate is covered with highly lustrous, gem-like, pretty lavender fluorite cubes to 1.6 cm aside starkly contrasting diverging clusters of iron oxide-tinted, snow-white barite blades. Scattered about are clusters of tiny quartz points, as a further accent. The bit of bruising and periphery wear is only a modest detraction to this dramatic and colorful combination specimen from this noted locale.
