Fluorite with Dolomite

Item Description

A classic specimen from the famous Moscona Mine featuring very sharp, rather lustrous, notably gemmy, beautiful golden-yellow colored cubes of Fluorite measuring up to 5 mm associated with "saddle"-shaped white rhombic crystals of Dolomite free of matrix. The reverse side of the piece has a slight drusy layer of Quartz, making the piece nearly a complete "floater" as it's almost crystallized all the way around. Very good quality, and this material is certainly underappreciated in my mind due to the fact that it's contemporary and fairly available on the market.
