An impressive and hefty, LARGE CABINET, galena specimen with accessories from the well-known Krushev dol Mine at Madan. The undulating surface of highly lustrous to splendent, battleship-gray, galena crystals have striking, stepped-growth or spinel-twinned crystal forms. Very unusual. The two, long, spines of galena crystals near the center of the piece as especially noteworthy. A large pod of highly lustrous, striated, jet-black sphalerite crystals niftily accented with 6 water-clear, quartz needles adds dramatic flair. There's even a few supremely iridescent chalcopyrites on one corner! A very fine and showy, large galena with accessories from Madan. 11.2 pounds or 5 kilos. Ex Zukowski Collection. valued $950
