A 4.5 cm gem aquamarine crystal is beautifully set amidst pearlescent muscovite plates on this very aesthetic and impressive combination plate from Chumar Bakhoor, source of some of the finest Pakistan aquamarine specimens. The very glassy and lustrous textbook hexagonal crystal has fine light ice-blue color with a very interesting slightly modified water-clear pinacoidal termination. Subtle horizontal interior veils obscure the interior gemminess and add character. The sculptural plate is enhanced by the two smaller gem aquas, to about 1.2 cm, nicely placed on the left side of the piece. Comes with a custom-made and engraved lucite base (valued at $185), for free. A classic, very fine Chumar Bakhoor aquamarine and muscovite combination. A fine cabinet display piece.
