A classic Gold specimen from the famous specimen producing area in Grass Valley, California. These specimens tend to have a rich "orange" color which is probably from a minor amount of Copper. The piece features attractive crystalline and "leaf"-like formations of Gold sitting on white Quartz matrix. The Gold definitely looks beautiful with some magnification. A worthwhile piece of this classic California material.
