Item Description
A spectacular large club-shaped calcite stalactite from Wenshan. Two large intergrown rhombs form the "head" of this dramatically tapered club. Striking, medallion-like flattened enechelon rhombs enhance two-sides of the translucent, lightly tinted hexagonal piece with satin lustre faces. One side is glass smooth from top to bottom and the other three sides have stepped-growth or wavy features. Complete all-around and pristine, this is a significant and important large Chinese cave calcite stalactite. Comes with a custom-made and engraved lucite base valued at $145, included for free.
