Beautiful, multi-hued iridescent and non-iridescent goethite botryoids are colorfully festooned on this sculptural large plate from the famous Milpillas Mine. Goethite was a common mineral in the oxide ore bodies at Milpillas, but specimens of this quality are uncommon.
