Item Description

Jamesonite or mineral specimens of ANY species are EXTREMELY RARE from this much less well-known uranium mine in the historic Pribram area. MINDAT lists the locale, but has NO list of species or specimen photos. A dense vein of lustrous, metallic gray jamesonite lathes covers one side, both ends and part of the fourth side of this VERY RARE, rich and hefty Pb-Fe-Sb ore specimen. A very rare, perhaps UNIQUE specimen from this Pribram locale. Ex Josef Vajdak Collection, a noted Czech specialist. Mass is 433 grams.
