Item Description
Three striking large amber scalenohedral phantoms are clearly visible when this impressive large and sculptural cluster of graduated-in-size calcite crystals is back lit. The second generation of lustrous, translucent, light tan calcite mostly envelops the glassy, stepped-growth scalenohedrons on this imposing 360-degree calcite from the famous Sweetwater Mine. Ex Chet Lemanski Collection and acquired in 1997. Classic large calcite from the locale.
