Malachite w/ Azurite (old classic)

Lustrous spherical rosette-like aggregates of primary malachite blades highlight the sculptural 3-dimensional vug lined with primary malachite blades on this rich and showy combination from the famed Tsumeb Mine. Scattered clusters of royal-blue azurite on the front and back are a colorful and classic accessory. This is unusual material from the Upper Oxidized Zone of this renowned locale, early 1900s or older. While not very flashy compared to later styles, it is an uncommon and showy style of malachite from Tsumeb.
