Item Description
An aesthetic combination piece from the Robert Bartsch and Rock Currier collections, of this classic USA mineral combination. The Jack Rabbit Mine is an obscure Crystal Peak area mine. The amazonite has rich turquoise-blue color with white accents, fine form, and luster. The attached sharply terminated smoky quartz has striking variable color and is very glassy, and unusually transparent. This is a superb, balanced miniature from the great Currier collection - and his buddy Bartsch collected it, as he did other Jack Rabbit pieces.
