Mimetite

Item Description

A lovely miniature display specimen consisting of numerous, gorgeous, bright orange to yellow, lustrous, well-formed, stubby prismatic, hexagonal Mimetite crystals from 1 to 4mm in maximum dimension. The large orange Mimetite cluster along with several smaller orange clusters are set on a nicely on a contrasting druse of smaller yellow to almost yellow-green Mimetite. An excellent and showy specimen from this locality with no damage to the crystals and the piece sits well on its own in several orientations.
