Pyromorphite

An exceptionally rich and well-balanced cluster of Pyromorphite composed of several intergrown, divergent clusters of prismatic crystals up to 2cm! This was from the locality that was "over the hill" from the Daoping Mine that produced the notable green Pyromorphites and is part of the same lead-zinc deposit. These mines are now closed making it much more difficult to obtain these famed Chinese Pyromorphite specimens! Intense yellow-green color, good luster and nicely composed! Despite several missing crystals that were broken at their base, this is a superb small cabinet piece that displays well in several orientations!
