Item Description
These Rhodochrosite specimens from the Dr. Geier Mine in Germany are similar to their counterparts from the Clara Mine or the Wolf Mine, but MUCH rarer in today's market. This small cabinet features many small (about 2 mm) botryoidal orange-pink colored groups of Rhodochrosite on host rock matrix. No real damage, only minor imperfections, and very attractive up close. From the worldwide Rhodochrosite collection of Dr. William S. Logan (Specimen #X13-8) with a label from a previous dealer.
