Rhodochrosite with Malachite and Lapis

This stone features a combination of three different gems. The predominant stone is a triangle-shaped, pink banded Rhodochrosite from Argentina. It has beautiful concentric patterns and is actually translucent when held up to the light. The second stone in this piece is a slender triangle-shaped green banded Malachite gem from Argentina. It has alternating "stripes" of forest green and mint green. Lastly these two stones are surrounded by thin pieces of rich blue color Lapis Lazuli from Afghanistan. The color combination along with the geometric patterns in this one-of-a-kind stone make it a very interesting piece of gem art for any collector.
