Item Description
A choice, large, and well-crystallized miniature for this species, this Rutile is from the well-known Graves Mountain locality. The Rutile crystal is complex and lustrous, and is set nicely and aesthetically on the matrix. There is just a minor amount of edgwear, and some contacting in the back. The presentation side, as you can see, is excellent. Highly representative for this great Rutile locality. Ref: The Mineralogical Record, V 16, No 6, pp:443-458.
