Sapphires is one of those gems that comes in virtually every color of the rainbow. They are some of the most popular, durable, colorful and highly sought after gems on the planet. This is a lovely natural green Sapphire, which is a less common shade for the material. The stone is nearly eye clean and has a standard "Step Round" cut, which is not terribly common for Sapphires, as most of them are cut into Ovals.
