Item Description

Intergrown octahedrons of slightly lustrous black crystals of tennantite, to 2.4 cm in length, contain visible blebs of shiny white native silver, to 1.5 mm across. Native silver from Tsumeb is very rare. This combination is even more rare! It is also, by luck, a beautiful display specimen in its own right. Maybe it is color-challenged but it has geometry and, what an association! Significant, if you know what you are looking at...ex. Charlie Key collection. valued $1000
