Item Description

Wire silver richly ingrown into and on a colorless translucent rhombohedral (partial) crystal of calcite. We seldom get matrix Kongsbergs, and usually the silver is on an ugly rock matrix or massive silver. This association is beautiful for displaying the wire silver. Probably an old specimen.
