Item Description

Spikes of water-clear quartz crystals to 1.8 cm dramatically and attractively crown an upright cluster of highly lustrous, striated, jet-black sphalerite crystals on this showy and excellent combination specimen from recent finds at the famous Madan District of Bulgaria. A couple of broken quartz crystals are barely noticeable and certainly do not impair the overall impact of this fine piece. It is nearly pristine, for all its 3-dimensionality. Highly representative of the species and locality from the Krushev dol Mine.
