A textbook sharp and complete 1 cm struvite crystal, from a classic old European locale. Struvite is a phosphate mineral and, incidentally, this is what you get when you google it and go to Wikipedia: Struvite (magnesium ammonium phosphate) stones are often referred to as "infection stones" since they are strongly associated with urinary tract infections (UTIs) with urea-splitting organisms. So...a mineral species with geological and biological value in interest!
