Item Description
Large, well-formed, lustrous, blackish, submetallic Ferrotapiolite, or more formally Tapiolite-(Fe), in a contrasting light matrix of fine- to medium-grained Muscovite, Quartz, and Albite from a seldom referenced pegmatite in the Paraiba state of Brazil. The Ferrotapiolite crystal measures 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.9cm and is excellent for the species.
