An impressive large doubly twinned calcite crystal is aesthetically set on a matrix plate of gem golden-yellow fluorite cubes on this showy and excellent combination from the famous Moscona Mine. The sharp modified colorless rhomb is very glassy, translucent and has a yellow tint due to the underlying fluorite crystals. This is a classic, fine, nearly pristine, 360-degree calcite with only a trivial bit of scuffing from this locale. The fluorite fluoresces a bright yellowish-white.
