Item Description

Pretty pastel-pink, frosted, translucent, nail-head spar manganoan calcite crystals are densely and aesthetically intergrown on this very fine piece. It has a floral aspect. Manganoan calcite of this style, richness and quality is uncommon from this famous Broken Hill mine. The prisms reach about 4.0 cm. Bright neon-orange fluorescence.
