Description:Dal'negorsk is world-famous for fine calcite specimens and this is certainly one of the more unusual and striking forms you will ever see. A transparent, extremely sharp, hexagonal calcite crystal is sceptered atop a very elongated, lightly frosted, transparent, tapering, hexagonal calcite crystal. This piece looks just like half of a glassy barbell or dumbbell! Older material from the early 1990s, when these first came out. We have seen just a few others like this on the market.
