Mimetite (classic material)

Item Description

Lustrous rich yellow colored semi-radial groups of Mimetites have grown all over on this attractive miniature-size specimen. An aesthetic example of an Ojeula Mine classic! The groups are elongated, and not narrow prisms, nor are they complete "spheres", but somewhere in between. The largest Mimetite measures about 1.0 cm. The Mimetites have a distinct resinous luster and the fact that they are fairly well-separated and defined makes them all the more enticing. A showy and three-dimensional display specimen of this classic material from Ojuela.
