Fluorite with Pyrite and Arsenopyrite

Item Description

A classic association specimen from the famous Yaogangxian Mine featuring a translucent, pale green, partial cubic crystal of Fluorite measuring 2.0 cm on edge which is associated with sharp, rather lustrous, metallic golden Pyrite and silvery colored Arsenopyrite crystals. The Fluorite is not 100% complete, but it does look recrystallized on the bottom edge where it was removed from the pocket wall. It seems that specimens from this prolific locality are dwindling, and a piece like this is certainly less common on the market.
