Silver ("Spinel"-twin)

Item Description

A really attractive thumbnail sized piece of native Silver with a lovely patina from the famous Elura Mine in Australia. When you look closely, you can see it's actually crystallized, and it essentially an elongated "Spinel"-twin with small secondary octahedral "flanges" that shoot off the main crystal. The piece has excellent form and really looks interesting under magnification. A great overall piece of this well known, beloved material.
