Item Description

A beautiful and classic salmon colored Serandite crystal group with minor white Albite and black Aegirine from the famous locality at Mont Saint-Hilaire. Good quality with sharp, lustrous faces, and hard to find on the market now. It is now difficult to obtain specimens from this locality as collecting has been limited / reduced in recent years, so if you collect minerals from this world famous prolific locality, don't miss out on this attractive thumbnail. From the collection of renowned mineral dealer, Charlie Key. Charlie is arguably the most sucessful dealer of the second half of the 20th century, along with being the namesake for TWO mineral species (Keyite and Ludlockite).
