Item Description

Gorgeous, gem, rich emerald-green fluorite cubes are dramatically accented with starkly contrasting cluster of corroded galena cuboctahedrons on this excellent classic 360-degree combination from the well-known Heights Quarry, which has enveloped part of the famed Heights Mine. The beautiful interpenetrating twinned cubes reach 2.1 cm. One dinged twin and a few gently bruised corners are noted, but are certainly only modest detractions to this very fine example. Rich purple UV fluorescence and purple fluorescence under any bright light. Illustrated in the MINDAT locality Photo Gallery with a September, 2018 photo by Dr. Stephen Moreton. It was collected in 1993.
