Item Description
Striking color-zoning on this sculptural large 2-way fluorite specimen from the famous Minerva No. 1 Mine. The classic amber interiors are dramatically accented by the sharp blue, purple and violet edge phantoms. The impressive dominating cube is 8.0 cm. The transparent crystals have subtle dense stepped-growth and bright satin lustre faces, that add pizzazz. The back lit photos really highlight the beautiful color-zoning. Purple fluorescence, mostly with the blue to violet phantoms. Valued at $1500-1750 and worth it. Classic and excellent large Hardin County fluorite.
