Item Description

Amber to colorless gemmy calcite scalenohedrons are dramatically, preferentially festooned on the edges and faces of the sculptural intergrown color-zoned fluorite cubes. Beautiful light blue edge phantoms enclose the amber interiors of the glassy cubes with stepped-growth satin lustre faces. The large cube is 4.7 cm and a bit of starkly contrasting white barite is a fine accessory. Older material from the 1980s, 1982 until at least to 1986, when the Inverness Mining Company operated the mine (MINDAT). A showy, classic Minerva Mine combination with multiple display veiws.
