RARE, dramatic and sculptural large calcite from this obscure Washington stone and gravel quarry. A striking 7.3 cm rhomb dominates this aesthetic intergrown cluster of glassy, translucent, colorless crystals accented with beautiful, subtle light stepped-growth faces. A very artistic and nearly pristine 360-degree specimen. The bit of noted bruising to the large rhomb edge is certainly only a modest detraction to this impressive and RARE Washington calcite. The piece has several fine display views. Neon-pink fluorescence.
