Item Description

Bi-colored, translucent, green with pretty violet edge phantoms octahedrons with frosted faces are sculpturally festooned on quartz on this aesthetic and rich large plate from this well-known locale. The octos reach 2.5 cm on edge. Strikingly, the fluorite on the back is glassy grass-green. Purple fluorescence. A fine and highly representative large example of the style and locale. Ex Allen Dillworth Collection. The piece displays well from either direction.
