A sculptural two-sided rib of intensely rich PURPLE (lavender) bubbly, botryoidal translucent fluorite from a recent small Chinese find. This find really shocked the mineral collecting world, because botryoidal fluorites are rare worldwide. The botryoids glow a luscious lavender under good light. The noted periphery wear is certainly only a modest detraction to this showy piece. This piece looks great from either side. Excellent quality fluorite of the rare species and find.
