Item Description
Impressive and classic intergrown barite "roses" from Oklahoma. This large sculptural cluster was formed in the Permian-aged Garber Sandstone. Oxidized sand grains are included in the barite crystal structure with colorful effect. Essentially a floater, with only two small, barely-noticeable attachments or contacts. Very choice and aesthetic large 360-degree material with multiple display views. The hole adds much pizzazz. These are the Oklahoma State Rock.
