Item Description

A rich and sculptural native silver ore combination specimen from the Kerr Lake Mine at Cobalt. Hackly silver with a variable patina is embedded in lavender erythrite and matrix. The specimen was recovered in the early 1960s, as the mine shut down in 1964. Formerly in the Jason Herrmann Collection. Ex Dr. Barratt Phillips Collection. 85 grams mass. Classic Cobalt combination silver.
