Item Description

Excellent combination thumbnail from the well-known Mammoth-St. Anthony Mine in Tiger. On first glance, the radial sprays of gemmy, green Dioptase needles and intense reddish-orange Wulfenite blades jump out at you. Near the peak of this piece is also a gemmy, reticulated Cerussite twin, along with Willemite that becomes obvious when it fluoresces white under UV. In addition, there are small amounts of Maquartite, for which this is the Type Locality, and there may be some Fornacite, as well. All in all, this is a great thumbnail with much to offer. This was #10,154 in Kay's collection .
