Item Description

A classic from Mibladen dating back nearly 20 years. This piece was actually originally sold to us as coming from Touissit, but the habit is wrong, and it's clearly one of the older Mibladen twins. The piece is remarkable for its noteworthy SIZE, and it's one of the largest examples I've seen from the locality. It's a robust, HEFTY, cyclic twinned group with a smaller Cerussite on the side and only a tiny bit attached pink Barite at the base. Typically the larger specimens from this area are badly damaged, but this piece is not only in superb condition, it's doubly-terminated to boot! The color is a soft golden hue with hundreds of very sharp, well-formed, reflective faces. A fantastic example of these classic, eye-catching and now rarely seen Cerussites from Mibladen. If you collect secondary ore minerals, carbonates, or minerals of Morocco, do NOT miss out on this one, it's a fine specimen. Valued at $2,500.
