Item Description

An aesthetic specimen of Malachite pseudomorphs after Azurite on very minor oxidized matrix from the now famous discovery of 2007 at Milpillas. Although there were many of these specimens available a few years ago, fine quality, display specimens were few and far between. There are many fine quality, velvety, dark forest-green crystals of Malachite that have altered from previously existing Azurite measuring up to 2.3 cm. A very good quality and showy specimen of this well known material. Valued at $1,500 in the inventory. No major damage that I can see with the naked eye, only a few tiny "rubs".
