This is a beautiful small cabinet size specimen featuring classic, sharp, bright orange-red, lustrous crystals of Wulfenite flaring off matrix. The largest crystal measures 1.4 cm, and upon close inspection, I really don't see any damage of note. A fine specimen from one of the single most important specimen-producing localities in the Western United States. The recent deluge of Wulfenite specimens on display at the Main Show in Tucson a few weeks ago showed how significant this locality is in terms of quality of specimens. The color of Red Cloud Wulfenites is about as good as it gets from the Western Hemisphere. Good quality matrix Wulfenites are nearly impossible to find on the market these days, and are certainly worth picking up if you collect Arizona minerals or Wulfenite in general.
