Item Description

A wonderful example of the famous Hallelujah Junction Quartz specimens in the form of a single, sharp, gemmy, beautifully formed scepter habit crystal. The base of the crystal has a classic smoky hue with nearly water clear transparency when backlit, while the top of the crystal has more of a Citrine-esque hue and is pretty gemmy, but still translucent when compared to the stem of the piece. The piece is actually doubly-termianted (it's recrystallized on the base) so it's a complete "floater" specimen! A few small nicks here and there keep it from being completely damage free, but it's still in excellent condition and truly looks better in person than the photos might indicate. From the worldwide mineral collection of Michael Garced. Valued at $800.
