SPECIAL AUCTION – The Collection of Dick Hauck! All of the specimens are culled from Dick's collection of worldwide minerals, built over many decades.   Dick is an avid collector of minerals, books, and mining memorabilia, along with being an accomplished author in the mineral world.  Arguably, his greatest claim to fame is being the co-founder of the Sterling Hill Mining Museum in Ogdensburg, New Jersey.  In this auction, you'll find a great mix of classic minerals from well-known locales, with a focus on Brazilian gem / pegmatite species plus European classics along with a handful of pieces from Australia, Mexico and Canada.  Fine quality specimens, carefully selected by an experienced collector.  Most of these specimens are not seen as often on the market as they were years ago.
